VERTIS Y. MCDOUGAL passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2020. She is survived by her loving children, Treva McDougal and Darrell McDougal; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m., until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at First Baptist Church of Deanwood, 1008 -45th Street, NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
