Esther Judy (Black) Robinson

Esther Judy Robinson, 79, of Capitol Heights, MD, passed away on Friday, December 25, 2020. She was born to parents Angela Chavis Black and the late Jordan Black, on 23 January 1941 in Cheverly, MD. She graduated from Fairmont Heights in 1959. Esther worked as a Supervisory Analyst for 38 years. Received Performance Award during her Federal Tenure. After 38 years of service, she retired from Department of Defense in 1996. Esther met Willie Lee Robinson in 1956. They were married on November 14, 1959 in Washington, DC. together they raised 5 children: Shelby L. Brooks (Lance), Benita A. Robinson (Gerald), Gregory M. Robinson, Vincent L. Robinson, Willie R. Robinson. Esther is survived by Sister, Sandra Hart (Jacob), Sister in Law, Helen Robinson, Grandchildren, Lance Brooks Jr., Marcus Brooks, Kevonia Robinson, Gregory Robinson, Corey Robinson, Geralynn Robinson, Alexis Robinson, Vincent Robinson Jr., Vincee Robinson, Great Grandchildren, Jaylen Brooks, Briella Brooks, Navari Robinson, Gianna Brooks, Nephews & Nieces, Terry Black, Antione Black (Vanessa), Samuel Black Jr., Kenneth Cole Jr., Deborah Tyler, Bruce Hart, LaTonda Black, Reginald Black Jr. and a host of other nieces and nephews, a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, family and friends..
1pm Graveside Service will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 at National Harmony Memorial Park, 7101 Sheriff Road, Hyattsville, MD 20785.(NOTE: DUE TO COVID-19, MASKS/FACIAL COVERINGS AND 6 FT SOCIAL DISTANCING ARE REQUIRED.)
