Obituary
WILLIAM "BOOGIE" McNEIL, entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 9, 2016. He is survived by two sisters, Janice Young, Jacqueline Dent; two brothers Richard McNeil and Edward McNeil; and a host of other relatives and friends. 11 a.m., Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 23 at Henry S. Washington & Sons Funeral Home, 4925 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave., N.E., Washington, DC.
