THEODORE MCKINLEY SIMMONS, JR., passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019. He is survived by his son, Theodore M. Hawkins, Sr.; mother, Annie M. Simmons; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m., until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 719 Division Ave., NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
