TAWANA ELAINE McDONALD, born April 23, 1957, departed this life on Friday, May 8, 2020.  Daughter of  Henry (deceased) and Mary McDonald; sister of Henry ("Mike"), Alan (deceased), Jeffery, Teresa ("Peaches"), Tameka, Zachary (deceased), Patrick and Teronica ("Bay-Bay").  She attended Kendall and Gallaudet Schools for the Deaf.  A monitored visitation (social distancing and masks/face coverings required) will be held Friday, May 22, 2020 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 a.m. followed by a private family-only funeral service at Henry S. Washington & Sons funeral home, 4927 Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue, N.E., Washington, DC 20019.  Interment Harmony Memorial Park, Hyattsville/Landover, Maryland.
