Russell Edwin Smith, Jr., age 51, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017. He is survived by his loving mother Patricia Smith; a host of relatives and friends. Visitation 10:00 a.m., until time of service 11:00 a.m., on Friday, February 24 at Trinidad Baptist Church, 1611 Benning Road, N.E., Washington, DC 20002. Interment Private.
