Roy Maurice Manley, affectionately known as R. "JOE" MANLEY, departed this life on Sunday, April 6, 2025. He leaves to cherish his loving memory a host of relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until his Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 am on Friday, May 2 at The Pennsylvania Avenue Baptist Church, 3000 Pennsylvania Ave. SE, Washington, DC 20020.
