ROSETTA COOKS peacefully passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, three children, Albert W. (Leah) Cooks, Ronald Dean (Olga) Cooks and Valerie Cooks (the late Melvin) Wedge; one sister, Ella Permint; one sister-in-law, Effie Taylor; one daughter-in-law, Dianne Y. (the late Carrol B., Sr. "Chuck") Cooks; Seven grandchildren, Lawrence (Terri) "Dee Dee" Cooks, Anthony (Erika) Cooks, Ebony Cooks, Annette Cooks (David) Lancaster; Victoria J. Wedge, Carroll B. "C.J." (Tabatha) Cooks, Jr., and Marcus L. (Chanel) Wedge; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m., until time of Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, October 5 at Faith Temple #2, -211 Maryland Park Dr., Capitol Heights, MD 20743. Interment Maryland National Memorial Park.
