Robert F. Melvin, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2020. He is survived by his loving wife, Jean S. Melvin; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m., until Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, January 24, 2020 at Contee A.M.E. Zion Church, 903 Division Ave., NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
