On Friday, April 24, 2015, entered into eternal rest at his home. Father of the late Jeanette C. Cooke-Dabney. He is survived by his wife, Forestine M.; daughter, Jacqueline M. Cooke; sons, Robert P., Jr., Ronald D. and James R. Cooke; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends Monday, May 4 from 10 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at Our Lady Queen Of Peace Catholic Church, 3800 Ely Place, S.E., Washington, D.C. 20019. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD.
