Departed this life on Sunday, January 25, 2015. He leaves to cherish his memory devoted wife Theodosia; sons Reginald Jr., and Terence, and daughter Regina. Viewing at 10:00 a.m. until time of service 11:00 a.m., On Wednesday February 4th, 2015 at Randall Memorial United Methodist Church, 1002 -46th St. N.E., Washington, D.C., 20019. Interment Quantico National Cemetery.
