RALPH DEAN passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen Dean. He is survived by his three loving daughters, Erika Cooper-Feggins (Morris), Michelle Cooper and Lynette Jones; three grandchildren, Antonio, Ebony and Keiva Cooper; five great-grandchildren, Zimonie Cooper, Elija Crews, Ahmari Anderson, Asaad Cooper, and Saalim Cooper; Special friends Alfreda Johns and Shirley Jones; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 12 noon, on Tuesday, September 3 at Salvation, Outreach & Deliverance Ministries, 4598 Beech Road, Temple Hills, MD 20748. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery.
