PHYLLIS S. EDELIN (Age 86) passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2019. She is survived by a host of relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 11 at First Rising Mt. Zion Baptist, 602 N. Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20001. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
