OAKLEY MICHAEL MAJOR, SR. - Passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2020.  He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Neville Major; three sons, Oakley, Jr. (Dana), Christopher (Markia), and Donald; grandchildren: Monet, Mikia, Kayla, Amir, Keeshawna, Demi, Micah, Maison, Na'Jee and Madyson; great-grandchildren: Elijah, Giselle, Gregory and Rhylie.  A great-grandchild, Kaili, preceded him in death.  He is also survived by his siblings: Warren, Donald, Sean (Lynette), Leona, John (Lisa), Donna and Camilla; Aunt and Uncle: Mryties and Rufus Hamilton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.  Visitation Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Henry S. Washington & Sons Co., Inc. funeral home located at 4927 Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue, N.E., Washington, DC 20019 from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon.  Private interment at Quantico National Cemetery.
