MARY E. ARRINGTON passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Cyreste Arrington and Randi Sutherland; four grandchildren, Philip Washington, Jr., Latoya Sutherland, Jewell Sutherland and Cyrus Dingle; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation 10:00 a.m., until time of service 11:00 a.m., on Friday, February 23 at Mentrotone Baptist Church, 5126 B. Street, SE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
