Lucille B. Smith passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018. She is survived by a host of relatives and friends. Visitation 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m., on Monday, June, 18 at New True Way Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, 317 -62nd Street, NE Washington, DC 20019. Interment Maryland National Cemetery.
