LORETTA C. WOODARD, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2016. She is survived by a host of relatives and friends. Visitation 10 a.m., until time of Service 11 a.m., on Friday, April 8 at Rhema Christian Center, 1225 Michigan Ave. NE, Washington, DC 20018. Interment Private.
