Lillian Bess (Age 91) passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. She leaves to cherish her unforgettable memory to her children: Brenda Abernathy (Audie), Sigmon Zeleke (Elias), Reginald Bess, William Bess, Marion "Tina" Fox, Vern Bess, and Gregory Bess (Maxine); 14 grandchildren; 21 great- grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She will also be missed by the U Street Cardozo Community who knew her. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 23, at Not About Me Ministries, 3106 Branch Avenue, Temple Hills, MD 20748. Interment Private.
