LEROY SANDIFER (11/22/1936 ~ 04/18/2016) Passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016. Visitation 10 a.m., until service 11 a.m., on Monday, May 2 at St. Paul Friendly Worship Center, 9700 Old Allentown Road, Fort Washington, MD 20744. Interment Washington National Cemetery at a later date.
