Adored son, L. David Harrell entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 11, 2016. Preceded in death by his father, Lawrence David Harrell; two uncles, Grover and J.C. Harrell; two aunts, Christine H. Haywood and Novella R. Harrell. He is survived by his loving mother, Barbara Parker; three aunts, Carolyn P. Watson, Dianne Y. Parker and Karen P. Carter; five uncles, Willie J. Harrell, Reginald H., Irvin R., Henry R. and Marvin R. Parker; a host of loving cousins, relatives, friends and the brothers of Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. Visitation, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. service immediately following at 11 a.m., Friday, February 26 at First Baptist Church of Deanwood, 1008 -45th Street NE, Washington, DC 20019 (on Sheriff Rd.). Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Suitland, MD.
