JUDITH ANN BOWDEN, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2017. She is survived by two daughters, Kimbly Jackson and Sycilia Bowden; a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation 11:00 a.m., until time of service 12 noon on Tuesday, July 18 at Henry S. Washington & Sons Funeral Home, 4925-27 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave., NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment Private.
