Obituary
JOE HOOKS (age 76) passed away on Friday, February 14, 2020. He is survived by his loving wife, Frances; two children, Stephanie and Terence; and a host of relatives and friends. Memorial Service will be held at 10 a.m., on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Largo Community Church, 1701 Enterprise Rd, Mitchellville, MD 20721.
