Joan C. Sweeney (Age 78) passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2019. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m., until time of Funeral Service at 11 am on Saturday, November 30, at Craig Memorial Community Church, 5305 Farmingdale Place, Capitol Heights, MD 20743. Interment National Harmony Memorial Park.
