Passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. Survived by wife, Irene Hill; a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation 10 a.m., Service 11 a.m., Monday, March 16 at Henry S. Washington & Sons Funeral Home, 4925 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave. NE., Washington, DC 20019. Interment Quantico National Cemetery.
