He is survived by his wife, Diane; daughter, Theresa and son, James Jr. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m., until Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, February 3 at Hemingway Memorial AME Church, 6330 Gateway Blvd., District Heights, MD 20747.
11:15 a.m., Burial at Cheltenham Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
