JAMES EDWARD BUTLER, JR., passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2017. He is survived by a host of relatives and friends. Visitation 6:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m., on Friday, August 11 and 10:00 a.m., until time of service 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, August 12 at House of Praise, 5110 Nannie Helen Burroughs, Ave., NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment Congressional Cemetery.
