Hazel Ann Solomon entered into Eternal Rest on Saturday, September 10, 2022. She is survived by her three children: Robert L. Solomon, Jr., Felicia D. Solomon and Pamela Edwards; her  grandchildren: Timothy Solomon, Patrice Solomon, Channon Edwards, Domonique Sellers-Edwards, Crystal Edwards and LaTeefa Tanimowo; a host of loving great-grandchildren; her only sister, Clematine Kitchen; nephew, Daryl Kitchen; a step-son, Tracy Edwards; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Hazel was predeceased by her parents, Eloise and Anthony Kitchen; her son, David Edwards; and her daughter, Carrol Edwards.  Family Visiting Hour will be held from 10:00 a.m., until Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, September 24 at Henry S. Washington & Sons Funeral Home, 4927 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment Heritage Memorial Cemetery.
