Frances T. Wheeler, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2016. She is survived by a host of relatives and friends. Visitation 10 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m., on Thursday, March 10 at Henry S. Washington & Sons Funeral Home, 4925 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave. NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment St. Paul's Rock Creek Cemetery.
