Forestine McClain Cooke, affectionately known by many names, has left our world and joined many of our other loved ones in a place of comfort and rest. On July 28th 2022, we will gather at her church home, Our Lady Queen of Peace (3800 Ely Place S.E. Washington DC 20019). The viewing of her at rest will commence @ 9:00 AM and last until 10:15 AM. At 10:15 AM, we will ask for anyone who would like to make any personal remarks or tributes to do so at that time. Promptly at 10:45 AM, the family will read the Obituary and Eulogy. The service will start at 11:00 AM and will be streamed online at the following site ((https://OLQPRCC.ORG)) for those who may not be able to attend in person. Upon its conclusion we will proceed to Fort Lincoln cemetery (3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, MD 20722) for her interment.
