Evelyn C. Jackson (Age 99) of Fairmont Heights, MD and longtime member of Knights of St Johns Ladies Auxiliary #207 departed this life on Friday, October 27, 2017 at Collington Episcopal Life Care Center, Mitchellville, MD. She was an active member of The Catholic Church of the Incarnation until moving to Collington in 2010. All who knew and loved her will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, James, and her four children, Gloria, Gerald, James, Jr. and Vanessa. She is survived by one granddaughter; one grandson; seven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation 10:00 a.m., until Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, November 7, at The Church of the Incarnation, 880 Eastern Ave., NE, Washington, DC 20019.
