Beloved mother of Patricia Hale-Savoy; grandmother to Robin and Theodore Hale; great-grandmother to Anton, Ellis, and Jasmine Hale. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation Tuesday, July 26 from 4 to 6 p.m. and Wednesday, July 27 from 10 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m., at Contee AME Zion Church, 903 Division Ave., NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
