ELIZABETH ANN MINCEY passed away on Sunday, April 29, 2018. She is survived by a host of relatives and friends. Visitation 10:00 a.m., until time of service at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, May 8 at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, 4611 Sheriff Road, NE, Washington, DC, 20019. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
