ELAINE EVANS passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. She is survived by a host of relatives and friends. Visitation 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m.., on Wednesday, September 19 at Allen Chapel AME Church, 2498 Alabama Ave., SE, Washington, DC 20020. Interment Private.
