Born on October 11, 1944 entered into eternal life on Friday, July 17, 2015. Husband of the late Vivian D. Richmond, son of the late Calvin Flannagan, Sr. and Esther C. Baker. He is survived by two daughters, Esther and Edith McWayne, two granddaughters, one great-grandson, two Step-daughters, Heather and Vicki Richmond, two brothers, Calvin, Jr. and Donald Flannagan, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation on Friday, July 24, from 10:00am until time of service 11:00am at Henry S. Washington & Sons Funeral Home, 4925 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave., NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment National Harmony Memorial Park.
