Passed away on Monday, July 20, 2015. Survived by Wife Lucille B. Smith and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation 10:00a.m. until time of service 11:00a.m. on Monday, July 27 at New True Way Church, 317 -62nd Street NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment Maryland National Memorial Park.
