On Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Survived by his wife, Cynthia, and children. Visitation Friday, April 10 from 10 a.m. until time of Service 11 a.m. at New Mount Olivet Apostolic Church, 5908 Addison Rd., Seat Pleasant, MD 20743. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery, Suitland, MD.
