Carsell H. Fox, Sr. (age 65) Passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018. He is survived by two children, Carsell, Jr. (Syreeta) and Carla; four grandchildren, Andrew, Joel, Carsell and Syrae; three siblings, Barry (Carrie), Darrall (Carolyn) and Rhonda (Mike); special friend Connie; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, August 3 at Salvation, Outreach and Deliverance Ministries, 4598 Beech Road, Temple Hills, MD 20748. Interment Private.
