Transitioned peacefully at her home in Mitchellville, MD on Friday, September 12, 2025. She is survived by a devoted daughter, Tanya; son, Kevin; a loyal granddaughter, Kia; three sisters, Norma, Brenda and Yvonne; and host of other relatives and special friends. Predeceased by husbands Norman Bush and James Douglas. Viewing Wednesday, September 24 from 5:00 pm - 7:00pm, prayers at 5:15pm, at Henry S. Washington & Sons Funeral Home, 4927 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave NE, Washington DC. Graveside service Thursday, September 25 at 11:00 am at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 1300 Bladensburg RD NE, Washington DC.
