Arlander M. Owens passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2017. She is survived by a host of relatives and friends. Visitation 10:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 12, at Church of the Incarnation, 880 Eastern Ave., NE, Washington, DC 22019. Interment National Harmony Memorial Park.
