Passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2016. He is survived by his mother, Cynthia Payne; sister, Lorraine Washington and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation 10 a.m. until time of sercice 11 a.m. on Monday, May 16 at Henry S. Washington & Sons Funeral Home, 4925 Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave., NE, Washington, DC 20019. Interment Private.
