ANNA MAE RICHARDSON ALEXANDER (Age 69) - Affectionately known as "Ann", died peacefully on Sunday, July 24, 2022 in her home in Upper Marlboro, Maryland after suffering a long illness.  She was born in Louisburg in Franklin County, North Carolina to the late Dick Tavis "Bud" and Katie Mae Richardson.  Ann leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 40 years, Warren Alexander; daughter, Kristal Alexander; step-daughter, LaShaun Lockerman (Michael); three grandchildren: Christopher Alexander-Jackson, Maya Alexander and Andrew Alexander; five great-grandchildren: Gabriel Massey, Kairo Kilpatrick, Milan Alexander-Jackson, Ky'ree Alexander-Jackson and Saleem Alexander-Jackson; one sister, Mary Richardson; two brothers: Bonnie Richardson and Mark Richardson; three sisters-in-law: Dorothy Robinson (Eddie), Phyllis Hailstock and Joan King (Earl); and a host of other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by one brother, Ernest Rufus Richardson.  Visitation Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until time of Service at 11:00 a.m. at Fort Foote Baptist Church, 8310 Fort Foote Road, Fort Washington, MD 20744.
