Peacefully went home to be with our Lord on Friday, March 16, 2018. She is survived by two daughters, Monica Smith (Reginald) and Rita Bent (Paul); three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister; one sister-in-law; and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation 10 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m., on Friday, March 23 at Second New St. Paul Baptist Church, 2400 Franklin St., NE, Washington, DC 20018. Interment Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
